Sculpture in the City, London

Timefold

Aerospace polymer , optic fluid, turbine, stainless steel plinth 1.5M x 1.5M 3M high

Composed of a large transparent glass sphere encompassing a swirling liquid vortex that runs through its center, Time Fold acts as a prism; bending, refracting and inverting the light that passes through it, resulting in an engaging and peculiar new visual. A hypnotic, transparent mass that draws in the surrounding audience, as it draws in the light.

Petroc Sesti’s TimeFold joins works by Jake & Dinos Chapman, Keith Coventry, Shirazeh Houshiary, Ryan Gander, Antony Gormley and Richard Wentworth. Located in the dramatic surroundings of the eastern high-rise cluster in the City of London.
